We undertake projects from Menton to St Tropez for international clients. If you as an owner are unable to be present during the tenure of a project we can assist. We act for our clients on the ground here on the French Riviera Cote d'Azur (Alpes Maritime - 06 & The Var - 83) and can also undertake projects in Italy. Our English/French bi-lingual group can attend to your needs in these languages, however please ask if you require a speaker of your native language and we will locate a translator for you
As your Project Managers we can undertake the following duties:
- Select and assess building contractors and suppliers
- Select Architect / Designer / Landscape Architect
- Administration of project documentation
- Local bureaucracy liaison including permits & permissions
- Confirm specifications of quotations supplied for the project
- Check invoices for validity and accuracy before payment
- Manage the timeline and key deadlines of the project
- Monitor the quality of works underway
- Liaise with secondary suppliers and tradespeople
- Assist in the selection of second fix fittings and furnishings
- Ensure good relations between various contractors and suppliers
- Act as intermediary between suppliers and client
- Research and negotiate pricing and supply of additional materials and finishes
- Liaise with the Architect and Interior designer
- Monitor deliveries of materials to site
